Damaged/Broken Product

In Case of damaged/broken or wrong product received due to any reason, please report us immediately (within 48Hours of Delivery) with a clear photograph of the complete product. We will further assist you and provide you a replacement, if available or refund your complete amount including shipping and handling charges.

Order Cancellation

For any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling + 91-9871385511 (09:00 am to 08:00 pm only)

Cancellation of order is to be made within 24 hours after booking the order or before we ship your order.

If you cancel the order after 24 hours of placing an order, the delivery charges will be charged and the order amount will be transferred back to you.

If you are not satisfied with the Product you received, you can still get 100% refund (excluding Shipping Charges). Writing us an email on: help@aprghpspares.com or a message on Mobile/Whatsapp + +91-9871385511 (09:00 am to 08:00 pm only) with in 48Hours of the product delivery.

Once we receive your request, we will assist you with further details to Ship Back the product to us. As we will get the product back in same condition, we will initiate the refund.

Refund will be directly transferred to the Customer account with 10 working days.
